Dopo aver fatto le palle di neve, le mie figlie hanno regalato una fascia per capelli alle amiche, sono ideali sia per piccole e per grandi. Le abbiamo fatte con una vecchia t-shirt, ago e filo e delle decorazioni dalla scatola del cucito! Quì trovate tante altre idee per il riuso delle magliette.

After making snow balls, my daughters decided to make headbands for their friends, these are ideal for children but also for adults. We made them from old t-shirts, needle and coton and a few recycled decorations! Here you may find other fun ideas to use t-shirts.

These headbands are easy and fast to make...a game for kids!

Serve/You will need

1 vecchia t-shirt/1 old t-shirt
ago/needle
cotone/cotton
decorazioni (opzionale)/decorations (option)

Tagliate delle strisce dalla t-shirt, cucitene tre insieme all'estremità, fate una lunga treccia che potrete raddoppiare oppure fatene 2 o 3 per poi unirle alle estremità e volendo anche tra di loro.

Cut the strips from the t-shirt and sew three strips together, make a long plat which you will manage to double or make 2 or 3 plats to sew together. You may also want to sew them on the length of the plates.



Sul punto della cucitura prendete un pezzo piccolo di maglietta e copritela facendo un giro e cucendolo sopra le due o più trecce.

Place a piece of t-shirt over the sewed part (so to hide it), sew it and go over the double or tripple plats.


Infine aggiungete delle decorazioni, noi abbiamo usato dei fiori da un cerchietto rotto, dei bottoni di vari colori, delle perline o delle paillettes. Insomma divertitevi magari mischiando i colori delle stoffe se avete t-shirt di vari colori.

Finally add decorations, we have used flowers from a broken head band, buttons, paillettes or beads. Just have fun and maybe mix the colours of the t-shirts to make them more fun.
