Inizialmente pensavo che i centrifugati vegetali fossero amari ma mi sono ricreduta con queste due ottime ricette.
After last week’s fruit smoothie here is a vegetable juice. If you start your day with a fruit smoothie then a vegetable one is ideal for mid-morning or before your lunch. It is fresh and in this season you can get many wonderful fruits and vegetables! I am drinking them pure but you may add water or make them sweet or salty so that they become ideal integration to a diet ideal for sport people. These ARE NOT meal substitute, but ideal to add more fruit and vegies to one’s diet.
I thought that green vegetable juices were soar but after I tried these two recipes I must say that it is not true!
Ingredienti per un bicchierone pieno/Ingredients for a big glass full:
2 carote - 2 carrots
3 pomodorini - 3 small tomatoes
1/2 limone - 1/2 lemon
1 cetriolo - 1 cucumber
2 foglie di bietola - 2 leaves of chard
5 foglie di lattuga - 5 big leaves of lettuce
Questa versione non è molto dolce, al contrario della seconda versione con più frutta perciò più dolce ed ottima anche per la colazione.
This version isn't very sweet, on the contrary the second version is much sweeter and ideal even for breakfast.
Centrifugato dolce per un bicchierone pieno/ Sweet green juice for a big glass full
1 mela - 1apple
1/2 limone - 1/2 lemon
1/2 gambo di sedano - 1/2 celery
1 zucchina - 1 zucchini
3 carote - 3 carrots
5 foglie di lattuga- 5 lettuce leaves
foglie di basilico (opzionale) - basil leaves (optional)
