Era da molto tempo che volevo provare a fare il dentifricio ma non trovavo una ricetta giusta.
Poi sono passata davanti ad una erboristeria e ho visto il kit de La Saponaria per farlo da sè e l'ho acquistato in un lampo!
I have been meaning to try and make homemade toothpaste for quite some time but I hadn't found teh right recipe yet. Then I went into a shop and I saw a kit to make it by La Saponaria .
Ingredienti:
2gr di bicarbonato (altri usi con il bicarbonato)
18 gr argilla bianca
30 gr di sorbitolo (dolcificante) (che io ho sostituito con il glucosio a causa delle ultime polemiche sull'utilizzo del sorbitolo!)
1 gr di poligliceride 4-carpate (solubilizzante naturale)
5 gocce olio essenziale di menta
Ingredients:
2gr of bicarbonate (Other uses with bicarbonate)
18 gr white clay
30 gr di sorbitol (which is a sweetner) (but I have changed it with glucose due to the last problems occured with sorbitol)
1 gr of polyglicerid 4-carpat (which is a natural solubiliser)
5 drops of mint essential oil
In una ciotola pulita mettere l'argilla e il bicarbonato,
In a bowl mix the white clay with the bicarbonate,
mescolare ed aggiungere lentamente il glucosio senza che si formino grumi.
after mixing slowly add glucose making sure not to create lumps.
Melt the essential oil in the polygliceride and add it to the compost. That's it, your toothpaste is ready!
The taste is very nice and your breath smells good and keeps fresh for a long time.
(Non intingere lo spazzolino nel contenitore ma mettete il dentifricio sullo spazzolino con una palettina o un cucchiaino.)
(Don't put your toothbrush in the container but put the toothpaste on the toothbrush with a spoon)

RispondiEliminaPuoi usare un tubetto lavato molto bene e riempirlo o con una siringona medicale o con quella per i dolci, va benissimo anche la "sac a poche"! Io così sono molto più comoda!

RispondiEliminascusa, ma il glucosio non è cariogeno? forse potrebbe andar bene dell'estratto liquido di stevia?
