Ho fatto un pò di ricerche e ho trovato che le valvole termostatiche per i termosifoni sono un ottimo investimento per chi di voi ha un impianto condominiale. Con la valvola potete controllare il flusso dell'acqua calda regolando cosi la temperatura in una stanza oppure chiudendo del tutto i termosifoni oppure diversificare il calore all'interno di una stessa casa. Il risparmio è del 10-20%. Queste valvole sono ora obbligatorie in Lombardia da Agosto 2012.

The valves allow you to regulate the flow of the hot water regulating the heat in different rooms at different temperatures and at different times too but also keeping it off if necessary. The savings are about 10 to 20%. These valves are mandatory in Lombardia region as of August 2012.
