Con un pò di buona volontà si riesce ad essere ecologici a casa ma, spesso, diventiamo pigri in ufficio eppure spendiamo la maggior parte del nostro tempo attivo nel luogo di lavoro.
Le regole sono come quelle usate a casa, le tre R, Ri-uso, Riciclo e Riduzione!
Qui trovate alcune buone idee ma altre cose possono essere fatte.
-usiamo la carta di scarto per appunti o riportiamola a casa per fare disegnare i nostri figli
-spesso le agende aziendali vengono regalate in quantità esagerate, riutilizzatele anche se sono vecchie basta cambiare il giorno della settimana oppure diamola ai figli per giocare o per la scuola basterà investire in adesivi colorati o disegnarci delle belle immagini :)
-facciamo in modo di ridurre le stampe mandando email e di ricaricare le cartucce della stampante
-portiamo una tazza per il caffè ed eliminiamo la bottiglietta d'acqua usando una borraccia
-portiamo un asciugamano per asciugarci le mani cosi da eliminare quelli di carta
-portiamo il pranzo a sacco dentro a contenitori riutilizzabili
-facciamo la raccolta differenziata pure in ufficio
-usare penne con cartucce ricaricabili
-riutiliziamo cartelle, porta documenti ed altro materiale non più in uso
-parliamo con i colleghi e datori di lavoro per cercare di far capire loro che facciamo del bene all'ambiente e al portafoglio perche con queste accortezze la propria azienda può risparmiare.
-usiamo le scale ogni volta che è possibile invece dell'ascensore, iniziate con l'uso delle scale ogni volta che scendete e piano piano ogni volta che salite, eliminerete pure i costi della palestra :)
-facciamo cambiare le lampadine con quelle a basso consumo
-durante l'inverno indossiamo un maglione e riduciamo la temperatura del riscaldamento e in estate, riduciamo la temperatura dell'aria condizionata, non serve sentire freddo quando fuori ci sono 40°
-eliminiamo alcuni viaggi di lavoro, spesso si possono fare incontri in teleconferenza
-spegnamo la luce quando usciamo dal bagno o dal proprio ufficio
-togliamo le prese dei apparecchi eletronici quando usciamo dall'ufficio
-create un gruppo di car sharing con i colleghi o investite in una rastrelliera per bici.
All of us can be ecological at home but not all do it in the office too as one gets lazy but one spends half of their day in the office.
The rules are the same used at home the three R, Re-use, Recycle and Reduce!
-use paper as note pads before throwing it away, or take it back home for your kid's drawings
-At the end of the year many companies give agenda's and with the extra ones just change the day of the week and use them the following year or give them to your children for school use making them fun by adding stickers or drawing colourful images :)
- reduce prints by sending emails and use refill ink cartridges for the printer
-take a cup for tea or coffee and eliminate plastic bottles take a water bottle
-take a towel to dry your hands instead of paper napkins
-take a packed lunch from home in washable containers
-recylce in the office
-use rechargeable pens
-re-use folders, document holders, and any other reusable office chancellery
-talk with collegues and employers to make them understand that it is a positive action for the environment and for the company's savings
-use the stairs instead of the elevator, start by using them going down and use them to go up one floor at a time, you will eliminate the cost of the gym :)
-get the employer to change the light bulbs and use low energy ones
-during the winter keep the heating down and wear an extra sweater and during the summer keep the air conditioning down, it is useless to feel cold at work and have 40° outside
-reduce business trips often things can be dealt with easily with a teleconference
-turn the light off coming out of the office and the bathroom
-take plugs off when you go out of the office
-create a car sharing group with collegues or invest in a bike rack
aggiungerei anche di fare le stampate interne (quindi riservare i caratteri tradizionali per i documenti ufficiali ecc) usando il font bucherellato, ovvero Ecofont: si scarica in internet completamente gratis e fa risparmiare circa il 20% d'inchiostro.
